Curtis Ladwig is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He holds a Business degree from Northwest Florida State College and brings a strong blend of operational expertise, team leadership, and customer-focused strategy. Curtis has a deep understanding of service-driven businesses and is skilled at identifying growth opportunities, optimizing performance, and building strong, results-oriented teams. His background makes him well-equipped to lead and scale successful ventures in dynamic markets

Grant Keen is a results-driven executive with over two decades of leadership experience focused on financial performance, operational efficiency, and scalable growth across the hospitality industry. With a background spanning resorts, hotels, and high-volume attractions, he has consistently delivered results and led multimillion-dollar business operations. Prior to his career in hospitality, Grant served in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he developed a foundation of accountability, structure, and mission-first thinking that continues to shape his leadership today. He brings a disciplined, growth-oriented approach to every venture, with a focus on driving sustainable success and stewarding investment.

Curtis and Grant go way back—over two decades in the restaurant world, to be exact. They've spent the better part of 20 years running destination restaurants and creating memorable experiences from coast to coast. While Ladwig Keen Hospitality Group was officially founded in 2025, the vision behind it has been simmering for years.

From beachside resorts, slope side dining, to bustling hotel kitchens, Curtis and Grant have done it all. After working for others across the country and learning every side of the business, they decided it was time to bring their own dream to life. In early 2025, they traded corporate titles for creative freedom—and started sketching out what would become LKHG.

With their combined experience, shared love of great food, and a passion for warm, genuine hospitality, the next step was clear. They hit the road, scouting towns and dreaming big. When they landed on the Emerald Coast, they knew they’d found the right place. The energy, the charm, the people—it all just clicked.

And that’s where Ladwig Keen Hospitality Group was born: from a friendship built on trust, a career built on experience, and a vision built on making every guest feel like they’re on vacation—even if it’s just for dinner.
